All structural models, codebases, frameworks, written mandates, and visual assets associated with Persona X are our exclusive intellectual property. The "Persona X" mark, the Pulse Engine, and the Symphony Engine are proprietary properties.
We do not grant licenses to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without explicit, formalized written consent.
Persona X provides strategic intelligence and structural advisory. While our models are designed to identify risk and optimize organizational velocity, the ultimate execution and operational agency reside entirely with the client.
Under no circumstances shall Persona X, its architects, or its affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the implementation, or failure to implement, our strategic frameworks.
We reserve the unilateral right to terminate access to our infrastructure and sever advisory relationships at any time. Terminations may occur if we detect violations of these terms, unauthorized attempts to breach our security systems, or if a client aligns with our exclusionary criteria post-engagement.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your engagement with Persona X shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service without prior notice. Continued utilization of our digital platforms constitutes binding acceptance of the updated terms.
