1. Information Categorization
Persona X strictly separates collected information into two categories:
- Standard PII: Contact information, executive names, and billing details required for account provisioning and communication.
- Corporate Metadata: Telemetry, operational signals, and ledger abstracts used exclusively by the Symphony and Pulse engines.
2. Processing Purpose & Legitimate Interest
We process Corporate Metadata strictly for the purpose of predictive modeling and diagnostic reading. This processing is essential for the execution of the Services. We do not sell, syndicate, or license Corporate Metadata to third parties.
3. Data Sovereignty & Transfers
Client data is processed in secure regions compliant with local data sovereignty laws. Cross-border transfers of Standard PII are executed strictly under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and binding corporate rules.
4. Retention & Erasure
Standard PII is retained for the duration of the active contract plus 90 days. Corporate Metadata is subject to our Data Ephemerality protocol and is purged immediately post-ingestion. Clients retain the "Right to be Forgotten" and may request complete destruction of their account profile via the Security portal.
